So the job I always wanted turned out to be a wash.  They don't like employees who can free-think.  So I decided to go back to school.  I start on Monday ... eek!!!

We adopted a kitten because the animal shelter needed room to house all the animals evacuated from the wildfires.  His name is Tokugawa, and he is a hoot!  [link]

Toku beats up the other cats, even though they outweigh him by at least 10 pounds.  And he has Molly the Mastiff wrapped around his finger, and Molly outweighs him by 184 pounds!  He also spent about 1 1/2 hours in the refrigerator.  He was curious, I just about had a heart-attack!  I have to keep cat toys under my pillow so when he tries to wake me at 4am, I start tossing them at him.  Buys me an hour or so.  Depends how well I stocked up ...

Last week I bought my son his cap and gown for graduation ... creating sporadic crying episodes on my part!  I also bought him his class ring and a car ...

My daughter is now a 5th grader and has decided that dresses are cool!  Go figure!  She has started to like computers, and has taken over mine.  

But she is also helping me with my kitchen cabinets, I am redoing them.  I will post photos when I have it all finished.
